EAT Breakfast – Rice and Beans  

Some of us do better with a bit more protein and one way to get this is by eating a burrito for breakfast or as it is referred to in the United States a “breakfast burrito.” Eggs, potatoes, cheese and salsa wrapped up in a flour tortilla. To get a good combination of protein and complex carbohydrates make this breakfast you can take with you on the go, with beans and rice adding a little cheese and salsa if you like.  

EXERCISE – Physical Exercise

Practice the Focused Breathing exercise offered on day one. ¡Dig up that old joke book or watch a comedy today!  

ENJOY – Joyful Living / Honor Your Intuition  

Listening to that gut feeling of what to do or where to go from here is second nature for TypeEs, that is until they enter the TypeE Critical Zone. Then it gets relegated to a dusty, old filing cabinet, stuck in the basement of the subconscious mind, sometimes for years. Make sure you take your intuition out for a road trip every day.  

Practice listening to your intuition by becoming aware of those little internal nudges that say, “Call this person now,” or by making a decision that doesn’t make immediate sense, although something inside you keeps saying, “Go for it!”

  • ¿What exercise did you choose today?  
  • ¿Which of the breathing practices offered so far is  
  • easiest for you to do?  
  • ¿Do you prefer one over the other?  

¿When was the last time you used your intuition?
For example you may have been thinking of someone and they called, or you had a feeling not to change lanes while driving even though your mirror showed no traffic, only to be passed by a speeding car that had been hidden in your blind spot.
